Allah has promised those who believe and do good [His] forgiveness and a great reward. (Q5:9)
Indeed, those in awe of their lord without
seeing Him will have forgiveness and
a mighty reward. (Q67:12)
Who is it that will lend to Allah a good loan which He will multiply [many times over] for them,
and they will have an honourable reward. (Q57:11)
Those who believe and do good will certainly
have a never-ending reward. (Q41:8)

Can we truly describe God?

No vision can encompass Him, but He encompasses all vision ... (Q6:103)
I replied, “Of course.” Then he asked: “Do you all know what
al-Absār are?” I replied, “Of course.” Then he asked: “What are they?” I replied, “They are Absār meaning ‘eyes’.” He said, “The mind in your heart is more powerful than the eyes [with which you see]. Thus it is minds that cannot behold him, while He
beholds minds.”
To guide Abu Hashim to the hidden meaning of the verse above, Imam al-Ridha (a) first asks him what he understands from the verse. It is worth mentioning that the word Absār here refers to ‘minds’ . Since ‘minds’ which are our most powerful faculty for knowing, cannot behold Him, thus, we cannot truly describe Him.
