Ayatullah Shaykh Muhammad Ishaq al-Fayyadh was a student of Sayyid al-Khui and was one of the esteemed scholars in the Hawza Ilmiyya of Najaf. A prominent virtue widely associated with him was his profound humility, asceticism (zuhd), and detachment from material concerns.
