Therefore, no matter what kind of criticism is aimed at you, analyze it and find something you can learn from. Remember, your value doesn\u2019t decrease based on someone\u2019s inability to see your worth. \nThere are two types of criticism - constructive and destructive \u2013 learning to recognize the difference between the two can help you deal with any criticism you may receive. Any person can  criticize, condemn and complain but it takes character and self-control  to be understanding and forgiving.  \nDestructive criticism is often just thoughtlessness by another person.\nConstructive criticism, on the other hand, is designed to point out \nyour mistakes, and show you where and how improvements can be made. It should be viewed as useful feedback that can help you improve yourself rather than put you down. Take criticism seriously but not personally.  You will never be criticized by someone doing more than you.
